56% mindful

Sat for one stick of incense.

1) started the stopwatch.
2) did a number of mindfulness trials, for which the total was 56%. Had to lock the screen rotation to keep it in portrait mode so I could press the buttons.
3) set the random alarm message: when it elapsed, it caught me napping.
